ACOP, Lease, & Other Policies

The Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) is the policy of the Board of Commissioners (Board) of the Knox County Housing Authority (KCHA) governing admissions to and continued occupancy at public housing properties owned by the KCHA.  The ACOP sets forth the mandatory requirements for KCHA staff performing admissions and occupancy-related work and cannot be altered or amended by staff.
